Julie J. felt she was no more than a prostitute in her own marriage, except she didn't even get enough to feed her kids. She was forced to take bar work, which is where she met Julie S. Andy wanted his cut of her wages, so she turned, under the protective wing of Julie S., to prostitution. Later they discovered there was ample opportunity to steal from their clients. Julie J., with Julie S., is constantly in and out of prison; they see it as a rest from their labours. Julie J. justifies her thieving because she fantasises about building a stash of money to go searching for her kids. |
