The She-5 was one of Wisconsin's first all girl bands originating from Appleton and Little Chute. The group started out in 1965 playing throughout Central Wisconsin at teen clubs and nightclubs. In the summer of 1968, the She-5 traveled to Southeast Asia to entertain the troops in Vietnam, Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan.
