I'm a California boy that's lived throughout the US....in Texas, Georgia, Washington, and all over Northern California. Currently I live in Ohio. Go Figure. Why? Dunno - just seemed the thing to do, as California can sometimes get a bit, errrrrr, wierd? Boy, I sure do miss the weather and my friends, but, other than that.....
I thought putting a web page together would be fun, and, besides I bet I keep mine more up to date than Rusty does his....DOH! Mebbe might even try a blog somewhere around here... keep an eye open!
Who am I? Well, it depends on how you look at me. I'm an easy going kinda buy who likes the outdoors as well as the indoors [hell, I can find fun anywhere], and taking a stick to my friends. Seriously. I belong to a medieval recreational organization [the Society for Creative Anachronism - aka the SCA], that attempts to recreate some of the better aspects of medieval times. Ok, so it's a bit odd, but, hell, so is sittin' out on a dusty patch of land for hours on end flying a miniature radio-controlled airplane. But, I've been in the SCA since college and have made it my main hobby. I enjoy the hell out of fighting - taking in a war now and then, one on one bouts, training others, and learning new stuff.
This past year, I went to work for Comair as a Supply Chain Manager - nothing exciting, really, but it's work. Mostly I deal with Contracts and Corporate Services Suppliers. The one big benefit is the ability to hop available flights here and there. It's a bit of a game to find a plane with a spare seat to where I want to go, but it's better than a poke in the eye with a stick!
