All cadets have to work through exams this is to better your self and improve
knowledge.
As the exams progress they become more difficult, you learn about the RAF, the
ATC, aircraft, skills needed in the RAF and everyday life.

As you pass an exam you receive a new classification badge. These are: basic, first class, leading, senior and staff.
