CREATIVE MEDITATION
Let us imagine that life is a river. Most people are clinging to the bank, afraid to let go and risk being carried along by the current of the river. At a certain point, each person must be willing to simply let go, and trust the river to carry him or her along safely. At this point he learns to "go with the flow" and it feels wonderful. Once he has gotten used to being in the flow of the river, he can begin to look ahead and guide his own course onward, deciding where the course looks best, steering his way around obstacles, and choosing which of the many channels and branches of this river of life he prefers to follow, and all the while still "going with the flow".

Let go....picture yourself as a more relaxed, open person, flowing, living in the here and now, and always connected to your inner spirit. May you be blessed with love and comfort and all your hearts desires. So Mote It Be!!!! 
SCENTS FOR MEDITATIONS
Scent has been used since the beginning of time...because it alters our perceptions it has an air of mystery and majick surrounding it. Plants have a vibration all their own, and the essential oils we distill from them carry their own vibrations as well. These vibrations can alter our moods and feelings and open a doorway into the depths of our minds.
MEDITATION 101
Light a candle and place two to three drops in the melting wax, also, saturate a cotton ball with three to four drops and slip it into your pillowcase. Lie down in a comfortable position on your bed, relax your body completely. Starting with your toes and moving up to your scalp. Tense and release and think of relaxing each muscle in your body in turn. Let all tension flow from your body. Breathe deeply and slowly, from your belly. Count down from ten to one and imagine yourself becoming even more relaxed with each count. I find this works best just before bedtime. Now imagine some pleasant experience or ideal setting, perhaps lying on cool, green grass along the side of a river, listening to the water flow. Let go and let your mind take you where you need to go, there is nothing within us that can hurt us; it is only our fear of experiencing our own feelings that can keep us trapped. The more you practice meditation the easier it becomes. 
SANDLEWOOD- slow yet powerful. Good for opening the chakras. Helps guide toward enlightenment
CLARY SAGE- soul centering, very relaxing and dream inducing.
JASMINE- calming and relaxing. Lifts the spirits and increases psychic abilities.
FRANKINCENSE- long religious history, awakens higher conciousness and opens spiritual realms.
CINNAMON- arouses the physical senses, increases vibration and psychic awareness.
BAY- purifies negativity and releases the mind.
LEMONGRASS-helps concentration and purifies the environment.
HOPS-very relaxing natural tranquilizer, frees the soul during sleep.
What you are thinking now is contributing to the outcome of your life. So control those negative thoughts.
