Serenata says, “Style is probably important if one is an illustrator. My style can best be described as late ‘Beats me’ or early ‘neo retro Greco deco techno whoknows’, with a bit of nonsense and a lot of nose to the monitor myopia thrown in.” She further concedes, “Any semblence to a formal art style, past, present or future, living or dead, is purely coincidental.” Serenata prefers illustrating and cartoon style or caricature, but is also known to whip out “classic style” art.
