Holidays 2000

The holidays are a time to be with friends and family and to enjoy the company of one another. I reflect on what the last year has accomplished and how these holidays are different from the last. I have been so happy this year to visit with old friends and to share in the lives of those I care about.

It snowed briefly on Thanksgiving day, but even December snow only lasts a few days in the Tri-Cities.

Even though snow is rare here, the Christmas light displays never fail to appear in great abundance.

This house in particular is can always be counted on to have the most spectacular displays. Many of you are probably familiar with it. It is located across from the Uptown shopping center.

The wintery dawn is filled with shining beauty
I guess I won't be doing any skiing this winter
