This discussion was meant for Muslims so it is based on Islamic sources and the author claim that the opinions expressed are those held by the majority of the Scholars of Islam. To debate these issues from others sources (Bible) is a wholly separate discussion that has no place here.

Throughout the ages Allah were send messengers (otherwise known as prophets) to various groups of people to ask them to submit (Muslim means one who submits) to Islam. The first Messenger to humanity mentioned in the Quran was Nuh or Noah. The other prophets were Ibrahim (Abraham), Ya’qoub (Jacob). When Ya’qoub was dying he said to his sons, ‘What will you worship after me (my death)?’ They said, ‘We shall worship your God and the God of your fathers, Ibrahim, Isma‘eel (Ishmael), and Ishaq (Isaac). The One (God), and to Him we submit (are Muslim).’ Al-Baqarah (2:130-133). Musa (Moses) and Yusuf (Joseph) were also prophets and so is Issa (Jesus). Allah says: "Then when Issa came to know of their disbelief, he said: ‘Who will be my helpers in Allah’s Cause?’ The disciples said: ‘We are the helpers of Allah; we believe in Allah, and bear witness that we are Muslims.'" The last prophet was Muhammad. Muhammad was sent to call all of humanity, not just a single people, to Islam. Al-Ma’idah (5:3).

Mary's mother was Hinah bin Faqoud (Ibn Katheer’s Bidayah). Hinah bint Faqoud was barren and she pray to Allah for a child. She vowed to dedicate him to the service of Allah. When Mary was born she despaired for Jews only accepted males into dedicated service. Allah knew better and named her Marium (literally = pure maidservant of Allah) and chose Zakariyya (Prophet Zachary) to bring her up spiritually. (Ali-‘Imran 3:33-37). The pious leaders of Bani Israel had gathered to decide whom would be given charge of Marium. They decided to throw their pens in the river (Jordan). The owner of the pen that flowed against the current would be given charge of Marium. (Ali-‘Imran 3:44).

Every time Zakariyya entered the praying place to (visit) her, he found her supplied with sustenance. He said, ‘O Marium! From where have you received this?’ She said, ‘This is from Allah.’ Verily Allah provides sustenance to whom He Wills, without limit." (Ali-‘Imran 3:37).

In a Sura titled Marium (Chapter 19), Allah describes the Immaculate Conception and the birth of Issa. When she withdrew in seclusion from her family to a place facing the east. Allah sent Archangel Gabriel to her, in the form of a man. ‘I am only a messenger from your Lord, (to announce) to you the gift of a righteous son.’ She said: ‘How can I have a son, when no man has touched me, nor was I unchaste?’ He said: "Your Lord has said, ‘That is easy for Me! And (We wish) to appoint him as a sign to mankind and a mercy from Us (Allah), and it is a matter already decreed.’" A sign of Tawheed during his stay with Bani Israel and a sign of the nearness of the Day of Judgment after his descent from the heavens to say the one eyed liar or the Dajaal. So Mariam conceived Jesus. The conception was Divinely Ordained. This is the undeniable, verified truth of what truly transpired more than 2000 years ago. It has been eternally recorded for humanity in the Quran so that there is to be no discrepancy or disillusion.

Christianity over venerated Issa. After he departed from this world they elevated Issa to a paganistic status that nullified whatever Monotheistic faith they had in their hearts. They corrupted his teachings by claiming for him things that he never stated for him self. In the concluding verses of Surat al-Ma’idah. Allah will ask Issa on the Day of Ressurection. "O Issa, son of Marium! Did you say unto men "worship me and my mother as two gods besides Allah?" Issa will reply that he has no right to say this and he had said only what Allah wanted him to say. "Worship Allah, My Lord and Your Lord. You, only You, are the All-Mighty, the All-Wise."

Judaism, Christianity and Islam believe in the coming of a Messiah. The Jews are looking forward to his coming to rule the Earth with Jerusalem as the capital. The person they are waiting for is the Dajjal, whom the Christians call the Antichrist.

The Christians and the Muslims agree that this promised Messiah leader is Eesa who will descend from heaven and return to Earth to lead the great battle. This battle will be led by Eesa against the Dajjal and his followers.

The Christians believe that Eesa and his army will meet Dajjal and his followers at Armageddon, in a small valley called Meggido in Palestine. Christians believe that Eesa will kill the Dajjal and the Jews will convert to Christianity after that. Christians will be crowned and the non-Christians will all drown in a lake of fire burning with brimstone. This is based on the corrupted text of the Bible (Revelation 19:17-21).

From this perspective that both the Jews and the Christians agree on the establishment of the state of Israel, and the immigration of all the Jews to Palestine. The Jews and Christians have become allied against the Muslims in Palestine. Allah said: "O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. They are but friends of one another" [5:51].>/p>

According to the corrupted text of the Old Testament, all of the Jews must return to Palestine and establish a Temple in the exact location of al-Aqsa masjid exists today. Al-Aqsa masjid was built 1344 years ago and is the third holiest site for Muslims. At the advent of Islam, Muhammad made a night journey (al-Israa) from Makkah to Jerusalem.

The temple that existed two millenniums ago in Jerusalem represented the steps of Al-Aqsa mosque before Islam. The prophet Muhammad was asked about the first masjid ever built. He said: "Al-Masjid al-Haram (in Makkah)," and when asked about the second masjid, he said: "Al-masjid al-Aqsa," then he added that between the two were forty years (Bukhari). Both were built by prophet Ibrahim, alayhes salaam. The first temple that was built was destroyed around 587 BC at the hands of the king of Babylon, and the second temple was destroyed by the Romans in 70 CE and was not rebuilt since.

The western part of Al-Quds (Jerusalem), the town where al-Aqsa masjid was built, was annexed by the Jews after the 1948 war. Now they have a plan (called Jerusalem 2000) to take the Eastern part. Jewish settlers have invaded the area which was 100% inhabited by Palestinians, to the point that the town became 'a stronghold of the radical Jews' (Newsweek 9/5/96).

The Jews can only start building when they get a sign from God. This sign is a red cow that should fulfill the description mentioned in their book. This cow would be slaughtered and burned and its ashes would be used to 'purify' the people of Israel, for you see none can enter the temple without being purified, and the Jews believe that they all are impure now until they are cleaned by the cow's remains. The attempt to accomplish this return will lead to an unforgettable beginning of the third millennium." (The Observer, 9/7/97).

Christians also believe that before the second coming of Eesa, those who believe in Eesa as the son of God will experience 'the rapture' when they will be raised up into the heavens to meet their Lord, and thereby will be saved from the Antichrist. The rest of the people will be left to perish with the king of darkness, son of Satan. "Then the king [Dajjal] shall do according to his own will: He shall exalt and magnify himself above every god, shall speak blasphemies against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the wrath has been accomplished; for what has been determined shall be done". They base their belief on the corrupted texts of the Bible (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Daniel 11:36).
