10.06.2009 Scarlet Room is part of this year's first Seattle International Cabaret Festival!
We are very excited to announce that SR will be part of this year's first Seattle International Cabaret Festival with two performances at the Triple Door on November 11th. There will be two showings including All Ages at 7:00 p.m. and 21 and over at 10:00 p.m. Tickets available now at brownpapertickets.com. More information coming soon.

8.24.2009 What SR is up to.
We haven't posted any news in awhile so we thought we'd give you an update on all that's been happening in the world of Scarlet Room. First off, we are recording our first full length album and have successfully completed half of the record as of yesterday (yay!). We are SO excited about these new songs that we've practically burst out of our skins when we completed our studio session last night. In other news, we are in the midst of planning our first West Coast tour for, what hopefully will be, the end of November. Please stay tuned for dates and cities we'll be playing near you. We'll also be making some merch for the tour, so for those who have been dying to get an SR t-shirt - rejoice - as we will have some for you very soon! That's it for now, see you at the next show!

6.30.2009 Scarlet Room at the Triple Door!
Scarlet Room will be opening for Vagabond Opera at their CD Release party at the Triple Door on Saturday, July 18th! Vagabond Opera is a bohemian cabaret ensemble from Portland that has recently opened for Devotchka. This is a very exciting opportunity for us and we truly hope that all of you can come out and support us with your presence as that will allow us to receive more opportunities like this!
