Commanding Officers Ligon, Robert B., Colonel. Served as a 2nd Lieutenat in 1st SC Reserves (1861) and then joined 3rd SC Battalion, CSA, as a private to rank of captain, he resigned in May, 1862 and was appointed July 64 Colonel. This unit supposedly was disbanded in Feb 1865.
