Smith, Daniel H., Captain, born 13 June 1816, lived in Glenn Springs TWP. He
was a commissioned officer in one of the companies of the old 45th S.C. Militia
and previously served as an Orderly Sergeant in
9th South Carolina Reserves, Company I, Jun 1862 - Jan 1863.
He married Jane Lanford in Spartanburg 23 February 1843. He died 24 October
1898.

Last entry was dated 5 Jun 1864 for transfer to hospital, Raleigh, NC. He was on service connected disability until his death. Quinn, Littleberry B. ( Berry ), born about 1848 Spartanburg County and died in Spartanburg District Reed, L. S., died in camp Reid, T. S. Robbs, Thomas, Gaffney Robbs, Thomson, born about 1805, lived in Limestone TWP. He seems a bit old so the person who actually served may have been his son. Rogers, Hobby, died at Combahee Rollings ( Rollins ), Page Sarratt, J. V. Shands, A. D. Shands, Samuel, lived in Cross Anchor TWP. Died at Averysboro. The person I found was most likely his son (born about 1854) Shuttlesworth, R. O. Smith, Hilliard Smith, Hugh Smith, Levi Smith, Lun Smith, C. Perry, died in Prison Smith, Simeon Story, Daniel G., born about 1810, lived in Glenn Springs TWP. Died in hospital after surrender Stribling, T. W. Surratt, J. U. Turner, Doctor ( D. ) F. L., born about 1845, lived in Limestone TWP Turner, John M., born about 1847, lived in Campo Bella TWP Turner, William Van Patton, R. P. Varner, John R., Parris Waddel, James Wall, Eli Foster, born 31 July 1847 in Spartanburg County, son of Eliza Foster Wall and Elias Wall, married Nancy Emeline Cantrell on 23 Nov 1873, died 30 April 1937, and is buried at Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetary on Parris Bridge Road in Spartanburg. Watson, William, born about 1846, lived in Campo Bella TWP, died in Sandy Springs Webster, W. C. Webster, W. M. Webster, W. S. West, Frank J., died in hospital White, Hiram, died 24 Feb 1865, while a guard at Columbia and is buried in Confederate Enclosure (Section E) of Elmwood Cemtery, Columbia Wingo, Henry Anderson ( W.
