 Known Powers:

Plasma Generation: Squall is able to generate superheated plasma and virtually any form of naturally occurring energy with Monstrous (75) ability (damage for plasma is increased to 155-points with the two side effects of plasma) and has been known to use the following abilities and power stunts:

-Generation: Generation of any type and form of plasma/energy that he can imagine at power rank levels.

-Manipulation: Manipulation of any type and form of plasma/energy that he can imagine at -1cs levels.

-Body Sheath: Squall is able to surround his body with a power rank sheath of plasma/energy that reduces any physical damage by his rank number (155/75).

-Absorption: Squall is able to absorb all types of energy at power rank rank. This gives him Amazing (50) rank protection from physical attacks, and Class 1000 rank energy absorption. Squall has no need to eat, sleep or breath, and is considered to have Class 1000 life support.

-Thrust: Squall is able to generate thrust allowing him to leap or fly with –1cs ability, travelling 25-areas by flying and 8-areas by leaping. Squall also takes no damage from falling less than 8-areas.

-Carrier Wave: Squall is able to charge objects with a carrier wave of plasma/energy of –1cs intensity. This acts as a charging attack of +2cs ability and does +1cs energy damage. Typically the object must be small enough to be thrown. The second use of this power stunt allows Squall to imbue living objects with his energy granting them a +1cs on damage for 1-10 rounds. The recipient of this boost must make an Endurance feat or be slammed by the initial process.

-Rapid Fire Blasts: Squall is able to fire from 2-20 rapid-fire energy blasts of –3cs intensity that blast everything in a 2-area range. Squall is –2cs to hit and is drained of his energy powers for 1-10 rounds.

Enhanced Senses: Squall is able to track living beings, see into ultraviolet and x-ray spectrums, and use telescopic (4-areas) or microscopic vision with –1cs ability. Squall is able to hear with Amazing (50) ability, detect when someone is lying and hear through solid materials normally.

Telekinesis: Squall is able to use the mental powers of his mind to move matter with Amazing (50) strength, (this requires Squall’s full concentration). Squall has developed the following power stunts:

-Mental Bolt: Squall is able to unleash a blast of –1cs intensity mental energy up to 20-areas away.

-Shields: Squall is able to mentally stiffen the air around the area he is in to create an invisible shield of power rank that acts as a spherical force field that protects against all forms of attack except for magic and mental attack.
Equipment:

Kama, Sword of the White Tiger: Squall carries an intelligent weapon called Kama. Kama is of a benevolent persona, but in a battle fights as gracefully and viciously as the animal he takes his image from. Kama is 1 ½’ long, 3”wide with an eagle’s wings hilt, a bracer along the centre and blunt edge of the blade and a hooded tiger’s head on the pommel. In Squall’s hands Kama is able to do Amazing (50) edged damage or Remarkable (30) blunt damage. Kama is made of Class 1000 strength material, and has the following abilities:

-Deflection: By spinning Kama in front of him, Squall is able to create a shield of Unearthly (100) rank, or Amazing (50) against energy. Squall can also deflect incoming missile or energy attacks with +1cs ability.

-Possession: Anyone trying to use Kama must have its permission to do so, or they take a bite from Kama, and must make an Incredible (40) Endurance FEAT or are rendered unconscious because of a neural paralysing agent.

Tiger Blades: Squall carries a set of twin Class 1000 material strength Tiger Blade Daggers under the sleeves of his Duster. Squall is able to do Monstrous (75) edged damage with them, and may throw them up to 10-areas, having them reappear in his hand by the start of the next round.
