SSC is a soccer-focused fitness program created by
John Berzolla
B.Sc. P.T., B.Sc. Anat., Sport Physiotherapy Certificate Candidate.

This program is designed to improve a soccer player's physical fitness within six components - (1) aerobic power, (2) acceleration, (3) agility, (4) speed, (5) foot control, and (6) injury prevention - so that the player can achieve a higher level of soccer performance.
