Here at Sandpoint Court, our one bedrooms are a generous 770 square feet while our two bedrooms are a spacious 980 square feet.

But that is just the beginning!

Our amenities list would seem more appropriate for apartments renting for much more. For instance, each apartment includes a remote-access security garage parking stall for no additional charge. Your apartment also includes a secured storage space, leaving even more room in your apartment. The entryways are controlled access, utilizing 3 locked doors between the outside of the building and your apartment.

Additionally, all apartments have a balcony or patio and a wood burning fireplace. Every apartment has the convenience of a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchens are a gourmet's dream come true with ample counter and cupboard space, dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal, self-cleaning oven and a refrigerator with a frost-free freezer.

And most importantly, every available sound dampening technique has been incorporated to assure a peaceful environment in your new home.
