"Smoke on the Wind"
A Poem by Farlarth

Suddenly there, then gone like smoke
Are they reality, or a joke?
No beast can kill them, is that true?
A swirling shadow, dark grey and blue

Like a wisp of fog upon the wind
Are they a foe, or your friend?
Pale eyes appear in the night
Your destiny, or your plight?

Melding with the shadows, blending with wood
We disappear, then reappear, we should
Beware while you sleep and rest
For Marlfoxes are the best!
