"Who wants to live forever?"
A Poem by Blackmoon Redclaw

As I stood there,
Looking to my foe,
I made a decision,
That might have brought me to woe,
Saber in paw, I watched him there,
Challenging me to a duel,
A hare he was, tall, brave and strong,
And it came to mind that my life might now not be long,
And in death there is no blackcurrant wine,
No pretty females, no sunshine, no rain,
There is nothing but emptiness,
But who wants to live forever?
In death there is no laughter,
No joy, no pain, nor emotion indeed,
There is no battle, there is no glory,
Yet who wants to live forever?
In death there is but emptiness,
Nobody to share the feelings with,
Dark Forest holds no foe,
Aye, who wants to live forever?
So I nodded, accepted his challenge,
My blade flicked right, his flicked left,
He missed, and I did not,
Yea, who wants to live forever?
