Welcome
Username: A username identifies to the program who you are. If you have not gone to the section on this page which asks you "Is this your first visit?" then you need to go there now to get your Username and Password. Password: This is used to protect your information in the system. It will allow only you to access your testing information. Once you have created your Username in the "Is this your first visit?" section, you will be given your Username and a password. It is suggested that from the Personal Profile screen you change the password you are given to something more familiar to you to help you remember it. When creating your password, do no make it something obvious to others. Your password must be at least 6 alphanumeric characters. Is this your first visit? Institution Key: Your institution key is given to the system administrator upon receiving the testing software. Please see this administrator for your institution key, you cannot access the site without it. Your First Name: Enter your first name excluding all titles (i.e. Mr., Mrs., Dr.) Your Last Name: Enter your last name being sure to capitalize where necessary Your e-mail: This is the field to type your e-mail address. Your password, testing scores and other information pertaining to the tests you will take will be e-mailed to you at this address. Forgot your password?
