Columbia 22 sailboat, the "Sea Queue". Not a new boat, but nice boat. Click on image above to see larger picture of her moored along with a few other boats in Cowichan Bay British Columbia. It may be a small boat compared to some, but it has an aIsome cabin layout. Here is a spec. sheet I found in on the internet. Note the selling price!
Columbia boats seem to be excellent sailboats. It has proved to be a very forgiving vessel. Layout is perfect for my needs with plenty of space above and below decks for two. They say 4 or 5 can be accommodated, but who in their right mind would sleep in those bloody little aft berths half under the deck..
She is moored in Cowichan Bay, just outside Duncan British Columbia.
If you click here you will learn about
the town. I are now located back on the Government Dock too. Click
for a picture from the hill. I know where it is, but I have put an arrow
on the picture to sort of point to the location.
Instead of looking at the bay from an apartment,
now I look at it from the water. This picture is from the other side of
the bay looking back. All summer 2000 I crabbed on a little 12 1/2 foot
boat. When the wind and water roughed up I headed for shore. Now I wait
for them...

At Christmas Season I can't afford a tree (you know, a boat owner...)
so I just put the lights on the boat. Nice little sailpast in town, I am
one of 15 boats that braved the darkness.
