Introduction |
"Sahaja" means spontaneous,
"Yoga" means union. Sahaja Yoga is the spontaneous
union of man with the source of creation. Sahaja Yoga is a sanskrit
term but it transcends all boundaries of continents, religions,
races and backgrounds.
The fundamental of Sahaja Yoga
is to seek our roots. If you are a seeker of truth, if you have
questions that need answers, if you are looking for a meaningful
and interactive relationship with the creative power you are
a perfect candidate for Sahaja Yoga. Sahaja Yoga is always free
as its worth cannot be measured in materialistic terms.
