Insurrection Alpha - This is the name of the holodeck program that Torres finds when she does a routine purge of the database; the program involves a Maquis mutiny in which a Starfleet security officer is approached by Chakotay to help the Maquis take over the ship; Paris and Torres are unable to find out the identity of the author of the program because the files is encrypted; the holographic simulation ends suddenly because additional parameters have not been programmed; Janeway says that the program has been accessed 47 times by 33 different crew members; Tuvok admits that he wrote the program as a tactical training program for junior security officers to prepare them for the possiblity of a mutiny after the Maquis crew came on board; he deleted the program after the Starfleet and Maquis crews began working together and the possibility of mutiny became unlikely; Paris and Tuvok decide to colloborate to write the ending; when Tuvok opens the narrative parameter file, he discovers that Seska has changed the program so that Tuvok and Paris will die; Janeway attempts to rewrite the program again to help Tuvok and Paris survive. Nitric acid - The Doctor in the holographic program treats Paris's phaser burns with 20 cc's of nitric acid which causes him more pain like the proverbial salt in the wound. (Worst Case Scenario)

Phaser - When the holographic Janeway fires her phaser rifle, it backfires and kills her; Seska says that the phaser rifles from storage locker 3 have been malfunctioning; Paris sustains second degree phaser burns when the holographic Chakotay shoots him with his phaser; the holographic Seska is killed after Tuvok booby-traps a phaser rifle and she attempts to fire it at Tuvok and Paris. Plasma fire - Paris and Tuvok encounter a plasma fire in the Jefferies tube; Janeway programs a plasma extinguisher to appear in order to help Paris and Tuvok. (Worst Case Scenario)

Rukani - As part of the holographic scenario, Janeway and Paris leave on a shuttle to meet the Rukani; Janeway attempts to help Tuvok and Paris by adding a Rukani attack to the program; the holographic Janeway calls the Rukani when she realizes a mutiny is in progress; the holographic Seska demands that they call off the Rukani or she will destroy Voyager. (Worst Case Scenario)

Sandrine's - When Paris finds Torres in the middle of the Insurrection Alpha holonovel, he says that he expected her to be playing pool at Sandrine's, not hanging out with Seska. (Worst Case Scenario)

Security code - Tuvok uses his security clearance code "Tuvok 4774" to reinitialize the Insurrection Alpha holodeck program. (Worst Case Scenario)

Seska - Seska is part of the Insurrection Alpha program that Torres finds; Seska got into Tuvok's program on stardate 48671 about a month before she left Voyager; she re-programmed the holodeck to shutdown once Tuvok opened the narrative papameters file; she booby-trapped every subroutine and rigged the power grid to explode if they tried to open the holodeck doors; the holographic Seska plans to execute Paris and Tuvok; she kills the holographic Chakotay when he disagrees with her; she is killed when a phaser rifle malfunctions. Starfleet - In the holographic scenario, the Starfleet senior officers are taken to the brig and the rest of the Starfleet personnel are taking to the Cargo Bay; Chakotay tells them that the senior officers will be put off the ship at the first habitable planet and the rest of the crew can stay on Voyager if they agree to join Chakotay. T'Hain - T'Hain of Vulcan wrote the "Dictates of Poetics"; T'Hain said that a character's actions flow from his or her established traits. (Worst Case Scenario)

Transporter - The Chakotay in the scenario orders Kim to shut down the trasnporters and start a diagnostic; when Tuvok accesses the narrative parameters file, power is lost in both transporter rooms. (Worst Case Scenario)

Warp plasma - When Paris tries the Insurrection Alpha program the first time, he ends up being assigned to lubricate the warp plasma manifolds because Chakotay is so suspicious of him. (Worst Case Scenario)

Zeta one - Seska uses this authorization code to start a 60 second self-destruct sequence of Voyager. (Worst Case Scenario)
