Jal Razik (Patrick Kilpatrick) - First Maje of the Kazon Ogla; also called Razik; used to be called Ra before he earned his Ogla name by destroying a Kazon Nistrim frigate and killing more than 100 people in a single shot; he was killed by Kar so that Kar could earn his Ogla name. (Initiations)

Jal Sankur - Jal Sankar united the Kazon sects to overthrow the Trabe. (Manuevers)

Jal Surat - First Maje of the Kazon Mostral; Cullah tries to get Jal Surat's help to defeat Voyager. (Manuevers) Surat attends the conference with Janeway, Mabus and the other Kazon sects on Sobras. (Alliances)

Janeway, Admiral (Len Cariou) - Janeway's father; her father appears on Voyager; he died over 15 years ago when he drowned under the polar ice cap on Tau Ceti Prime; his death was devastating to Janeway; he tells her that he is there to help her crossover into another state of consciousness; she discovers that her "father" is really an alien trying to get her to come into his matrix. Janeway Lamda one - Janeway's holodeck program in which she plays a governess. (Learning Curve)

Janeway Lambda 3 - Janeway uses this code to try to delete the Doctor when he begins to fill the bio-forcefield with a neural toxin in order to carry out the euthanasia. (Coda)

Janeway 1153 - Janeway uses the clearance code, Janeway 1153 red, to access the omega file. (Omega Directive)

Janeway Pi One One Zero - This is Janeway's authorization code for setting the self-destruct sequence. (Dreadnought) Janeway on the duplicate Voyager uses this code to set the self destruct. (Deadlock) Janeway uses this command code in order to initiate a level 4 induction relay overload in the main computer processor. (Concerning Flight)

Japanese soldier (James Saito) - He is one of the "37's" abducted from Earth by the Briori; he was is cryo-statis until Janeway and the away team revive him. (The 37's)

Jareth (Bruce Davison) - Jareth is Korenna's father; he tells Korenna not to see Dathan anymore since he is one of the Regressives; Jareth says that the Regressives are spreading lies to try to undermine the Enaran society and cause dissent and doubt; Jareth convinces Korenna that Dathan doesn't love her and is just using her so she shows her him where Dathan is hidden; he has Dathan executed. Jarlath (Mark L. Taylor) - Jarlath is an alien from one of the other compounds; he comes through a portal to the compound of the Voyager crew; it has taken him 9 years to find the portal; he helps the Voyager crew find a portal into the Nyrian command center; he is captured and sent back to his own compound. (Displaced)

Jarren - Corin tells Tuvok that this is one of the children from the crashed ship that the morrok had already taken while they were sleeping; Jarren had hurt his hand during the crash. (Innocence)

Jarvin - Chakotay thinks that Jarvin will want to stay on the planet since he has been more uncomfortable about being on a Starfleet ship than most of the Maquis; he has gotten involved with a woman from Quantum Mechanics and Chakotay thinks that they would want to settle down and raise a family. (The 37's)

Jarvis - Female officer on Voyager; Janeway asks Jarvis and Parsons to arrest the Doctor and Barclay since she doesn't know who either of them are. (Projections)

Jaw - Vorik suffers a dislocated jaw when Torres hits him when he doesn't accept her refusal of his offer of Kunat So'lik. (Blood Fever)

Jeffrey (Glenn Harris) - Jeffrey is the Doctor's son in the holographic family he creates; for his science project at school, Jeffrey designed a micro-filter implant which will make it possible to cleanse the blood of harmful micro-organisms too small to stimulate an immune response; according to the Doctor, he is extremely bright and is in the accelerated physical science program at school; the Doctor forbids Jeffrey to have any Klingon friends after he meets Larg and K'kath; he thinks that they are a bad influence on Jeffrey since Klingons are prone to violence; Jeffrey wants to take part in a Kut'luch ceremony since he believes that it is an honor to get to do this; he believes that Klingon ideals are much nobler than human ones. Jeffries tubes - Tuvok has his Maquis trainees use the Jeffries tubes to go from Deck 11 to Deck 2 and then to Deck 13 to their 10 km run; Tuvok and his Maquis trainees access the Jeffries tubes in order to escape from the Cargo Bay after the power fluctuation trap them there. (Learning Curve) Janeway and Kim try to reach the bridge by going through the Jeffries tube. (Twisted) Kim, Torres and Hogan go into Jeffries tube 12 since it runs right over the breach on Deck 15. (Deadlock) Seska orders a deck-by-deck search of all the Jeffries tubes and conduits to try to discover if one of Voyager's crew is still on board. (Basics, Part 2) Janeway and the Doctor use the Jeffries tubes to try to get to Environmental Controls on Deck 12. (Macrocosm) A chronoton torpedo becomes lodged in a Jeffries tube on Deck 11, section 2. (Message in a Bottle) There is a bulkhead collapse in Jeffries tube 84 after Species 8472 comes on board Voyager; Species 8472 leaves Engineering through Jeffries tube 17 Alpha. (Prey) Janeway plans to access the Jeffries tube under Sickbay and set a few charges to blow out the surgical console that is controlling the neural interfaces. Jessen (Athena Massey) - Jessen is one of the Enarans that Voyager picks up from the Fima colony and takes to Enara Prime; Jessen has spent her whole life at the Fima colony and considers it her home; Jessen spends time with Kim while she is aboard Voyager; Torres tries to convince Jessen to find the truth about the Regressives herself by asking questions on Enara; Jessen initiates a telepathic link with Torres so that she too can experience Mirell's memories. Jetrel, Dr. Ma'bor (James Sloyan) - Haakonian scientist; he has advanced Metremia and dies on Voyager soon after his failure to bring back the victims of the Metreon Cascade. (Jetrel)

Jibalian fudge - For Kes birthday, Neelix makes a seven-layer birthday cake made of Jibalian fudge. (Twisted) Neelix makes this for Kes's 9th birthday party since he knows it is her favorite. (Before and After)

Jibalian seven spice omelet - Neelix offers to fix this for Torres when she is in the Mess Hall trying to figure out how to keep the robot running. (Prototype)

Johnson, Mark - Janeway gets a letter from Mark; in his letter Mark tells Janeway about the litter of puppies that her dog had; Mark was devastated when Voyager was lost and he held out hope that they were alive longer than most people; he got married to a woman he works with about 4 months ago. Jonas, Michael (Raphael Sbarge) - Jonas makes a secret transmission to Rettik to try to get to talk to Seska. (Alliances) Jonas contacts Rettik again to send him info about the transwarp flight. (Threshold) Jonas tells the Nistrim about Dreadnought; he says that the missile is better armed than the entire Kazon Nistrim sect. (Dreadnought) Jonas talks to Lorrum aboard the the Kazon Nistrim ship; when Lorrum tells him to cause an accident to damage Voyager's warp coils, he says he won't do anything to damage Voyager and demands to talk to Seska. (Lifesigns) Jonas causes an accident that damages Voyager's warp coils; he tries to convince Neelix that the gaps in the subspace comm logs are due to the plasma overload; he plants signal correlation traces to make it look like Paris was the traitor; he attempts to disable Voyager's weapons system when he learns that Paris has escaped from the Kazon and is heading back to Voyager; Jonas is vaporized after he falls into the plasma stream. Jones - Male Crewman on Voyager; he participates in Paris's betting pool to predict what the radiogenic particle count will be at 1200 hours the next day. (Meld)

JPL - Jet Propulsion Lab; Rain emails a friend at JPL to tell them about what she detected orbiting the Earth. (Future's End, Part 1)

Juice - Neelix prepares juice for Tuvok; the juice is made out of anthraxic citrus peel and orange juice with just a hint of papala seed extract. (Flashback)

Jungian therapist - The Doctor says that a Jungian therapist would attempt to retrieve unconscious memories by exploring the synchronicities in recent events. (Retrospect)

Jupiter Station - The Doctor says that he was programmed at Jupiter Station holoprogram center by Doctor Zimmerman (The Cloud) Barclay tells the Doctor that he is really Dr. Zimmerman and that the holo-simulation is taking place in a holodeck at this station.
