(Investigations)

Comm badge - When Jonas is sabotaging the weapons array in Engineering, he takes off his comm badge so that he can't be beamed out of there. (Investigations)

Data fragmentation - Jonas tries to convince Neelix that the gaps in the subspace comm logs are due to the plasma overload. (Investigations)

Deck 4 - Paris's quarters are located on Deck 4, Sections 3-C. (Investigations)

Dermal regenerator - The Doctor tells Kes to use this to treat one of the patients that is wounded in Engineering when he has second degree burns to his face and chest. (Investigations)

Electrodynamic load specs - This is one of the things that Torres asks Jonas to send her while she is trying to get the magnetic constrictors back into alignment. (Investigations)

Engineering authorization Omega Four Seven - Hogan uses this authorization code to run a signal modulation analysis of some of the deleted subspace comm logs; Neelix uses this code to access the comm link in Paris's quarters. (Investigations)

EPS manifold - When Janeway tells Jonas that Paris may be on an incoming shuttle and that they need to increase transporter range to beam him aboard, Jonas stalls by telling her that he is having trouble resetting the EPS manifold and can't transport yet. (Investigations)

Eskarian egg - Neelix says that Tuvok will have Eskarian egg on his face when Neelix discovers who has been sending messages to the Kazon. (Investigations)

Force field - Jonas places a force field on the door to Engineering while he attempts to disable Voyager's weapons systems. (Investigations)

Hamilton - Hamilton is one of the people that Janeway has in mind to replace Paris at Conn. (Investigations)

Hemikek - A yellow dwarf system; Neelix says that they may be able to find verterium cortenide on an M class planet in this system. (Investigations)

Hemikek Four - Paris discovers that the Kazon Nistrim is waiting to ambush Voyager at Hemikek 4. (Investigations)

Hlaka soup - This is one of the foods that Neelix says may be featured on "A Briefing With Neelix". (Investigations)

Impedrezene - The Doctor tells Kes to give 20 milligrams of this to one of the patients that is wounded in Engineering. (Investigations)

Injector valves - Torres and Jonas can't get the injector valves closed after the magnetic constrictors lose alignment. (Investigations)

Interlink sequencers - This is one of the things that Torres asks Jonas to send her while she is trying to get the magnetic constrictors back into alignment. (Investigations)

Jonas - Jonas causes an accident that damages Voyager's warp coils; he tries to convince Neelix that the gaps in the subspace comm logs are due to the plasma overload; he plants signal correlation traces to make it look like Paris was the traitor; he attempts to disable Voyager's weapons system when he learns that Paris has escaped from the Kazon and is heading back to Voyager; Jonas is vaporized after he falls into the plasma stream. (Investigations)

Kazon Nistrim - The Kazon Nistrim attack the Talaxian convoy and take Paris aboard their ship; the Nistrim are planning to attack Voyager at Hemikek 4. (Investigations)

Kotati - One of the subspace comm logs shows a communication from Voyager to Kotati. (Investigations)

Laxeth (Jerry Sroka) - Talaxian male; he is a friend of Neelix; he is the communications master of the Talaxian convoy that Paris joins. (Investigations)

Magnetic constrictor - The magnetic constrictors have lost alignment which is affecting the injector valves and causing the plasma to be too hot. (Investigations)

Mithen - One of the subspace comm logs shows a communication from Voyager to Mithen. (Investigations)

Morale officer - Neelix decides to have a daily program called "A Briefing With Neelix" in order to bring joy to everyone. (Investigations)

Plasma stream - Jonas is vaporized after he falls into in the plasma stream. (Investigations)

Power grid - After running a signal modulation analysis, Hogan discovers that the messages from the deleted subspace comm logs were sent through the ships power grid by encoding the messages in the waste energy from the propulsion system. (Investigations)

Signal correlation traces - Hogan looks for signal correlation traces in order to determine where the messages from the deleted subspace comm logs were sent from; he determines that the source of the comm link was Deck 4, Section 3-C; the correlation traces seem to indicate that Paris sent the messages; Tuvok says that someone must have placed the correlation traces into the system after his initial investigation. (Investigations)

Signal modulation analysis - Hogan runs a signal modulation analysis on some of the deleted subspace comm logs and discovers that they weren't sent using the antenna array, but through the ship's power grid instead. (Investigations)

Silmic wine - Neelix says that 2 crew members were in the Mess Hall having an intimate conversation over a carafe of silmic wine. (Investigations)

Subspace antenna array - Jonas tells Neelix that every time the subspace antenna array is in use the sensors make a record of it. (Investigations)

Subspace comm logs - Neelix accesses these logs when he believes that someone told the Kazon that Paris was going to be on the Talaxian convoy; Neelix finds that there are gaps in the log entries in the last month which leads him to believe that someone deleted the missing logs to conceal the fact that they have been communicating with the Kazon; Jonas tries to convince Neelix that the gaps are due to the plasma overload. (Investigations)

Talaxian convoy - Paris leaves Voyager to go work on a Talaxian convoy; the communications master of the convoy is Laxeth; the convoy is attacked by the Kazon Nistrim and Paris is taken aboard the Kazon ship. (Investigations)

USS Voyager - Voyager's warp coils are damaged when Jonas causes an accident; the coils must be rebuilt before they can use Voyager's warp drive. (Investigations)

Verterium cortenide - A composite material composed of polysilicate verterium and monocrystal cortenum; Voyager needs this material to rebuild the warp coils; Neelix says that they may be able to find it on an M class planet in the Hemikek system that is rich in minerals. (Investigations)

Warp coil - The inner layer of the warp coils was burned away when the plasma was vented through the nacelles; Torres says that the warp engines will be useless until they can rebuild them. (Investigations)

Weapons system Jonas attempts to disable Voyager's weapons systems after he learns that Paris has escaped from the Kazon and is heading back to Voyager. (Investigations)
