Graviton pulse - The Ferengi shuttle sends out a graviton pulse in order to throw off Voyager's targeting scanners so that Voyager will not be able to beam them back on board; the pulse increases the rotational momentum of the wormhole which causes it to destablize; it knocks the wormhole completely off its subspace axis so that it is now jumping erractically on both end. (False Profits)
