Janeway Pi One One Zero - Janeway on the duplicate Voyager uses this code to set the self destruct. (Deadlock)

Jeffries tube - Kim, Torres and Hogan go into Jeffries tube 12 since it runs right over the breach on Deck 15. (Deadlock)

Kent State University - Janeway says that quantum theorists at Kent State University did an experiment in which they tried to duplicate a single particle of matter using a divergence of subspace field; they were able to duplicate matter, but not antimatter. (Deadlock)

Microcellular scan - Kes says that a microcellular scan shows that she and the other Kes are identical in every way except for a slight phase shift in their DNA. (Deadlock)

Micro-fractures - There are 632 micro-fractures along Voyager's infrastructure; Janeway wants the micro-fractures sealed before they become breaches. (Deadlock)

Osmotic pressure therapy - The Doctor uses osmotic pressure therapy to try to stablize the baby's cell membranes; the baby dies when Sickbay loses power. (Deadlock)

Pancreatic tissue - The Vidiian says that the humans he has scanned have pancreatic tissue that is well suited for transplant. (Deadlock)

Perimeter alert - Voyager has a perimeter alert when a Vidiian ship approaches. (Deadlock)

Phase variance - Janeway suggests that if they recalibrated their carrier wave at the same time as the duplicate Voyager, they could match phase variance and be able to communicate. (Deadlock)

Plasma drift - Voyager enters a plasma drift in order to hide from the 20 Vidiian ships they detect; the plasma drift extends almost half the length of the sector and blocks Voyager from the Vidiian's sensors. (Deadlock)

Portable containment field - Kim thinks he can seal the breach on Deck 15 if he can get close enough to set up a portable containment field that he had been enhancing. (Deadlock)

Proton burst - Torres wants to infuse the warp core with repeated proton bursts in order to stop the leak of antimatter; Voyager is being rocked by proton bursts but they don't know where they are coming from since Torres never even started the procedure; the bursts seem to be originating from with in the ship; the bursts are weakening the structural integrity of the hull; Janeway of the duplicate Voyager stops the proton bursts when she learns that they are damaging Voyager. (Deadlock)

Quantum level analysis - After running a quantum level analysis, Voyager discovers that some type of divergance field has caused every part of matter on Voyager to be doubled. (Deadlock)

Replicator - Neelix asks Wildman to look at the replicators because they are having trouble making anything with large amounts of cellulose; Wildman says that a malfunction in the power grid is causing it. (Deadlock)
