Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a light massage-type technique
which removes metabolic waste, excess water, toxins, bacteria,
and large protein molecules by stimulating the body’s natural
immune (lymphatic) system.

PRE-OPERATIVE MLD
Prepares the immune system for optimum response to decrease
swelling and speed healing.

POST-OPERATIVE MLD
May be performed 10 days following surgery to ease bruising
and swelling, and further supports the immune system for
efficient repair of the tissu
es.

Myofascial Release (MFR) works within the fascia, which
provides support through every muscle, nerve, and cell in
the body. Much like a three dimensional  spider-web running
from head to toe without interruption, healthy fascia is  elastic
and strong.

Through trauma, inflammation, and poor posture this elasto-
collagenous complex becomes shortened, solidified and immobile.
Myofascial release decreases this tension to:

Alleviate Pain
Reduce Scar Tissue
Restore Function
