History

After returning from a course with James Galway, Rogerio Wolf decided he had to put into practice everything he had learned and lived with such an extraordinary flutist, and the best way, although not the easier one, was to find someone with the same desire to do a work aimed just to the research and development of a repertoire, without thinking about a close performance.

Talking with Fernando Tomimura, Rogerio Wolf thought he had found the right person he was looking for, and they started working at once.

Soon after the first rehearsal together they saw that was the right way to follow, and the desire to show their work to the public, soon would be unavoidable, so after more than one year of a weekly work together, they decided the time had come to show it.

With the first presentation that took place on June, 1996, they got the certainty and the support they were waiting for to continue to show their music and their art.
