I use two different positons for collection of a semen sample in the exam.
THE TRADITIONAL POSITION:
In this positon I place the guy on his back on the exam table and, while manipulating the penile shaft with one hand and massaging his prostate with the other one, I collect the sample in a petri dish, as illustrated in the photo series below.
THE NON-TRADITIONAL POSITION:
The guy is placed on his hands and knees on the table. I lubricated my gloved hand well, and cuff it around the penile shaft. While he moves in and out of the gloved hand, with my finger I massage his prostate gland to give him added pleasure until the sample is submitted.
Both positons work well and bring that added eroticism guys want in their fantasy exams. |
