| A thorough and extended inspection and evaluation of the groin area is always an important part of a fantasy exam. During this time I will check the male reproductive organs; the penis shaft, urethral meatus, glans, scrotum and testicles. I will do a hernia exam both in suppine and standing positions. I will place my stethoscope on your femoral artery to listen to the blood flow through that area. See small picture. |
