| 2 years ago when Mrs. Denslow became our coach we thought she would be a one season coach like H-D has had for the past ten years, but she was much much more. She is the best coach any of us has ever had. She has a great deal of patience, she has to to put up with our boys XC team, and she has a great deal of knowledge about running and life. She was a runner herself at Woodstock Academy in CT, she then graduated from St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH. She became a teacher at HDHS and took up the job as our XC coach. We are all glad she did. She is more than our coach, but a friend. She also coaches both boys and girls XC, indoor track, and outdoor track. I hope she stays as our coach and wish everyone could have a coach like her. She's the best. |
