| Now Available: "A Tale of Two Hundreds", a quimsical look at the 2004 runnings of the Mohican Trail 100 Mile Run, and the Olander Park 100 Mile Road Run, the 2004 USA Championships for the distance. Donations from proceeds will benefit Regis Shivers, who will be undergoing major lifestyle changes as a result of laryngeal cancer. Suggested donation is $10, from which $3 will cover materials, postage and supplies. Receipts for charitable contribution provided upon request. Regis has been running ultramarathons for nearly 20 years. In 2003, Regis completed a run of the entire Appalachian Trail. He has completed the Mohican trail 100 Mile eleven times, with many top finishes. He also finished the Double MoE 200 Mile Trail Run in 1999 and 2000. |
