Contractual Agreement
between Agents and

www.BRGworld.com is herein referred as Rugby Gun. Agents are responsible, solely or in agreement with Rugby Gun, to promote and market Rugby Gun as defined in its " Mission Statement" in a specific country or territories as agreed between the two parties (Rugby Gun and the Agent). The Agreement may vary from one Agent to another, and the guide line responsibilities defined below for each other form the basis for agreement between two parties. The Agent will abide by the " PRIVACY POLICY" and "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE" of Rugby Gun.
Responsibilities of Rugby Gun to Agents 1. Rugby Gun will appoint a sole Agent for each country or agreed territory (herein referred to as "Territory") as agreed between two parties. In case of a customer or an entity makes a direct contact with the central office of Rugby Gun then Rugby Gun will immediately inform the Agent of the territory from where the customer or entity inquiry has generated. 2. Rugby Gun will list the name of their Agents for each territory on its website. It will also list their contact address, telephone and fax numbers, and email address. 3. Rugby Gun will not be responsible for any expenses for Agents in their territories in order to acquire services unless agreed upon with Rugby Gun in writing. 4. Rugby Gun will agree to a commission structure with each Agent. 5. Rugby Gun will give Agents freedom to operate effectively in their territory. 6. Rugby Gun will give exclusive agreement to an Agent for their "Territory" for a period of 2 years, and subsequently these agreements are renewed by mutual consent. 7. Rugby Gun will pay commission as applicable to Agents one month after the item had been sold. These payments will normally happen in the last week of the month. ¡@ Responsibilities of Agents to Rugby Gun 1. Agents in their territories will endeavor to solicit "stores or websites" works for display at Rugby Gun's website for the promotion and marketing of work as mentioned in the mission statement of the site. The agent will also solicit Rugby Gun in major cities in their territories. 2. Agents will receive commission of only 5% if the contacts with "stores or websites" for their works is directly generated with the efforts of Central office of Rugby Gun. 3. Agents will be responsible for their own expenses in their "Territory" for generating business to Rugby Gun. 4. The lack of activity by the Agent in its "Territory" can lead termination of contract between the Agent and Rugby Gun, but it will require 3 months of notice by Rugby Gun. 5. In additional, agent agreed the Not for Resale - License Agreement.
