The Mystery of the Temple
Of Jerusalem

Rise and measure the Temple of GOD, the Altar, and those who worship there.
Revelation 11:1.

GOD commanded Ezekiel and John the Apostle to measure the Temple”, yet at the time these commandments were given there was no Temple standing in Jerusalem to measure.  Secondly note what GOD says:  ... exclude the outer Courtyard, do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles, and they will trample down on it.  Revelation 11:1.  GOD clearly states ONLY the outer Courtyard will be destroyed.  Yet we know that in the destruction of the 1st and 2nd Temples, ALL of the Temple was destroyed, including the outer and inner Courtyards and the Holy Tabernacle.

Therefore this message is purely esoterical.  Ezekiel and John did not meas
ure the literal Temple of Jerusalem.  A measuring reed from Heaven was given to them.  It was a Divine Measure, meaning that whatever was to be measured was to be compared to a Divine standard.  What does the Temple represent?

The Temple is divided into 3 parts:
1.  Outer Courtyard.
2.  Inner Courtyard.
3.  The Tabernacle.

At it's simplest level these parts represent:
Outer Courtyard    The Gentiles
Inner Courtyard     Israel
Tabernacle            God's Elect

On a Spiritual level these parts represent:

Outer Courtyard    The Earth
Inner Courtyard     Heaven
Tabernacle            Throne of GOD

At it's highest and most esoterical level these parts represent:
Outer Courtyard    Body of Man
Inner Courtyard     Soul of Man
Tabernacle           Heart of Man

So the Temple is a type of GOD's Creation.  Note the Dimensions of the Temple:
*  The Outer Courtyard was approximately 1590 cubits square.
*  The Inner Courtyard was approximately 294 cubits square.
*  The Tabernacle was approximately 20 cubits square.

The exact numerical dimensions are unimportant.  What is important is the ratio represented by them.  The outer Courtyard greatly exceeded the dimensions of the inner Courtyard ~ representative that the Gentiles greatly exceeded the Jews in number.  And the inner Courtyard greatly exceeded the dimensions of the Tabernacle ~ representative that the Jews greatly exceed God's Elect in number.

Likewise, the Throne of God, man's heart, and God's Elect, being the smallest of all (according to human perspective) become the most important of all.  But how are we to understand the esoteric words of God in Revelation 11:1?  How is the outer Courtyard destroyed if it does not signify a literal Temple?  The interpretation is simple.
*  The Body of man (outer Courtyard) is destroyed by Death, by the original sin of Eden.
*  The Gentiles (outer Courtyard) were cut-off from GOD.
*  The Earth (outer Courtyard) will pass away, destroyed by Fire (2 Peter 3:7-13).

Note: that all these things occur in the Physical Dimension.  The next Dimension is Spiritual, and can only be accomplished by Satan.  Satan defiles the Inner Courtyard, resulting in Spiritual Death.
*  The Soul of man (inner Courtyard) defiled by Sin.
*  Israel (inner Courtyard) cut-off from GOD.  New Covenant inaugurated.
*  Heaven (inner Courtyard) defiled by Satan when War broke out in Heaven.

Note: in all cases, Satan does not act alone.  He needs the co-operation of others to fulfil his agenda.  Note also that unlike the first, these conditions are temporary.  Heaven was defiled by Satan's War but was restored.  The soul of man was defiled by Sin but was restored by Jesus at the Cross.  Israel also will be restored to God at the End of Time.  Note the shift in Time, from Past to Present to Future.

Therefore when you see the Abomination of Desolation as spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the Holy Place, let the reader understand ...  Matthew 24:15.  What are we to understand?  Understand that total destruction is at hand.  The ‘Abomination of Desolation’ refers to Satan.  Where is the Holy Place?  The Holy Place is GOD's Tabernacle (Throne) in the Heart of man, within God's Elect.  This the place where GOD dwells with man.  Jesus said: If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.  John 14:23.  Where is GOD's home?  Inside of you.  Note: GOD's home is also His Throne, the highest place in Creation.  This means you do not rule yourself, but He rules inside of you.

To enter and destroy the presence of GOD within man's heart is Satan's agenda above all else.  If Satan's achieves this, he will have achieved his ultimate objective.  The esoterical meaning behind this is that once you let Satan into your heart, you are LOST.

“Son of man, describe the Temple to the House of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities, and let them measure the pattern.”  Ezekiel 43:10.
GOD is telling Israel that they have fallen short of the Divine standard because He is NOT in their hearts and therefore, does not rule over them.  Rather they prefer to rule themselves and do their own will, and this constitutes Sin.
