Joining the roth ring is very simple. One needs only e-mail the ringmaster at roth_ring@yahoo.com with the word 'Join' in the subject line, and the URL of one's site in the body of the e-mail.
Once the site is reviewed for compliance with our standards, accepted sites will receive the URL giving entrance to the 'secret' site by return e-mail. There one will find roth ring logos and the HTML design code to place on your site. Sites will continue to be monitored for compliance with Web Ring standards from time to time. This insures one of belonging to a reputable Web Ring that upholds its commitment to offering surfers free, high-quality computer graphics to download for their viewing pleasure. The roth ring is always interested in receiving new and interesting logo designs from both members and non-members alike.
To submit a logo design for consideration, please e-mail the ringmaster at roth_ring@yahoo.com with the word 'Submission' in the subject line, and the graphic as an attachment in either gif or jpeg format. This does not mean that we disdain commercial sites, we simply wish that sites offer free products to the public as part of their services. We believe that this is good marketing strategy, and that free interchange and communication is the bedrock of the World Wide Web.
