Vampire Princess Miyu
Spiritualist Himiko is called to investigate Miyu. It seems like Miyu's duty is to rid of Shinmas. Shinmas are demons from another realm who come to Earth and take the souls of their victims. Miyu is given special powers in order to accomplish her task, and with the help of her silent but devoted companion Larva, Miyu banishes the Shinmas back to the Dark. Himiko sets out to discover Miyu's true nature and the hidden bond between them..
I really like this anime. The OVA is pretty old, being produced in the 1980s but nevertheless, good stuff. Try checking out the 26-episodes of Vampire Princess Miyu TV Series... or, read its manga. C-O-O-L!
