This little section is dedicated to my favourite genre of Japanese music, which is Japanese visual rock. Known as "visual" rock because of a strong emphasis on flashy looks and styles, these bands have members dressing up fashionably (often cross-dressing),sporting coloured hair and using makeup. Being visual is NO indication of their music as the music styles of these bands range from hardcore rock to poppish tunes to haunting classics. The few bands mentioned here are some of my favourites out of many other bands.
