Commissioner's Role


* A. The Commissioner's role is to best serve the interests of the International Computer Baseball
League.

* B. The Commissioner shall have the authority to mediate disputes on organizational issues and make
final decisions when an issue remains unresolved even after all sides have been presented.

* C. The Commissioner shall have the authority to assess penalties and/or suspend managers for
improper use of players, habitually late league correspondence (including file submission), and other
transgressions of the ICBL constitution. Penalties may include, but are not necessarily limited to,
repositioning or loss of draft pick(s).

* D. The Commissioner may designate a subcommittee of league managers on an ad hoc basis to
assist him in resolving or attending to a particular matter. Participation, should it be requested, would
be appreciated but not mandatory.

* E. Above all, the Commissioner shall strive to be accessible to league members and help promote
communication and understanding among the members of the International Computer Baseball
League.
