Proceeds from the Designer Showhouse
Proceeds will support the Woman’s Club community projects as well as refurbishing this historic house and implementing a
landscaping master plan.
The club is a non-profit organization affiliated with the SC Federation; donations are tax-deductible.
The house features
work done by 18 Interior Designers and 11 Landscape Designers.

At the corner of Aiken and College Avenues
A historic house, privately owned by the Woman’s Club, but
available to, and enjoyed by, the public.
This house was built in 1921 and was purchased by the club in 1971.
