People

Wow, it's been a long while since I myself sat down and read this thing, it's kinda funny, but really cool too guys. I know there are some people from church complaining about not being on here, but I really wouldn't know what to say about most people, so thats why no additions have been made, sorry.

Hey, welcome to the much revised page. Some people have been left off this time, but I'm open to re-publishing should you object. If you actually would consider yourself friends worthy and you aren't here, let me know.

Amy Baker ¿ By alphabetics, not closeness, Amy Baker shoots ahead of her brother on this list of friends. I've only really been hanging out a lot with Amy over the last few months since the summer came to a close. It's been nice to break down both sibling and age barriers with the addition of Amy to our core group of buddies around school and out of it too. Amy is a really great person to have around because she completes the out of school package of Andrea and Amy, something that I've learned to enjoy since the beginning of the school year, even over dinner or late nights walking home.

Reuben Baker ¿ Reuben entered the work force this year after many years of complaining about his not having money, by everyone else. Reuben is well, just there. He doesn't (seem) to mind his house being the centre of our group's meetings, as long as he is included in some random way. Actually we like the whole Baker family, so it's all cool. Reuben is someone I enjoy being bored with, because he agrees that two bored people are better than one.

Jon Barrett ¿ JONO, despite being a jerk to some people, is actually more likened to a fuzzy teddy... in that he's usually positive, with a care-free attitude and a great sense of humour. Jono is very considerate of others, and now that he's past his sixteenth birthday... and behind the wheel (avec parents), he is exploring the world of dating a bit. I give my kudos to Jono for just being there.

Jordan Culp ¿ Talent has a name, and it is Jordan. This guy can play almost any instrument and I'm not totally sure, but I would think he has an amazing voice as well. Jordan loves to just have fun in whatever he does and if he isn't tired and run down from long work hours or school, he will usually pass with a smile. Jordan is a really great guy to be around because he is most often positive, very outgoing and he makes friends wherever possible. I really wish I had his social ability sometimes, it would just make for a great person.

Josh Culp ¿ Josh, another sibling added to our numbers this year especially, is well... a miscreant (sp?). I must say this boy weirds me out sometimes by his tendancies towards total chaos and lack of control, especially in school. Sometimes I want to point out some things he needs to do, but I don't feel like being his parent. Hopefully he'll realise some things on his own. One good thing... he's crazy, we like crazy people.

Joel Frame ¿ Joel was just introduced to life in Caledonia last year via the Baker residence. He really enjoyed year one, and is, I assume, continuing to enjoy year two. Joel is great to have around, even though we sometimes have to back track something to get a point across, or repeat things because of his sensitive hearing, but Joel adds a certain feature to our group... sometimes just his strange, almost twisted humour.

Adam McCready ¿ The Paramedic, easily identified in the halls as MEDIC! Or, Adam from GM at Zehrs. The medic has been quite busy this year, a disappointment in a way because he's a lot of fun to hang out with, but most often he's only had the rare opportunity to do anything, poor guy. I admire him for being dedicated to all that he's doing, even though I'm pretty sure he could just drop some courses and still graduate, but not be able to get into medic school, so I guess that is his motivation. I'm really glad the McCeadys moved down from Sarnia last year, they're great guys... oh, and Medic schools my trick jumping... definite respect.

Brandon McCready ¿ Moving up in the world of age is McCready (not to be confused with the aformentioned MEDIC). Brandon has continued in his craziness over the last year since I've worked on updating this page. It seems to me that sometimes this boy has gotten more immature with age, but other times he's scared me and thought of something very philisophical. There is a brain in this punk's head somewhere.

Andrew Moran ¿ Andrew has gained a lot of my respect over the past half-year. Not only has he matured, in some ways, but he's also brought about the biggest change to the genetic makeup of our group... women. Now, we all didn't suspect in any way that Andrew would actually one-up the rest of us guys by being the first guy to get to the bench, but it's actually great that he did, and I'm alright with losing this one to him. I guess it's because he changed our group in a dynamic way, and also showed me that even Andrew is acceptable. It's been great getting to know the "Kid" better over the last few years since we moved into high school. I've seen a lot of postive change, and even a little part in passing on the Believer's torch, being that little light to someone else. Kudos Bro.

Andrea Walker ¿ The girl who changed everything. I certainly didn't expect Andre(a/w) to become a couple, but after these past few months and seeing how well they fit together, I can't wait to be in the wedding party. I'm proud of this girl, not only for her decision for Christ recently, but also for her desire for change, her excitement for new life, and for her little encouragements. It's not too often I hear "I'll be praying for you" from someone who you don't fully know yet, but when Andrea said that this week, I was very much touched. I'm so glad that I could be a little bit of a guide to in her walk, even just by being her friend. I've had a bunch of fun getting to know her, and she's been a great part of this whole new experience.

Don't see your name, but want to be listed here? Just give me a shout sometime and i'll think something up to write on this page: chippypringle@hotmail.com

The formations of our social structure: Laura P. and Amanda B. meet in some grade, Reuben and Rob meet almost accidentally, then realise our sisters are friends. Beforehand, Reuben and Andrew have hung out, Rob and Andrew have sort-of hung out (when he was first here). Reuben and Rob sort of hang out in grade 8 when Andrew is away at Notre Dame. The next year in highschool, Andrew is re-introduced into the group, we also meet jordan, who has been introduced by Laura p and Amanda as Laura c's brother. Time progresses and in grade 10, Jono is introduced. Jono is Danielle's brother (she also was a part of the sisters' group). In the next year, McCreadys arrive, Joel moves in with Bakers, we hang out in the hall upstairs and sort of start to hang out with Andrea, Laura K, and Amy B 1 and 2, (amy b2, the younger, also brings mackenzie along, sorta...). By the end of the year, Andrea and Andrew are dating. This year, more often we hang out together, by association, Josh joins in and Andrea, Laura, Amy, Amy and Mackenzie are further accepted.
