When an ex attacks:**
Hugh and Marcie have their first date at Rodi's. Just as Hugh finishes telling Marcie that nothing will go wrong, one of his ex's shows up. Later, Hugh gives Marcie a kiss then has to leave.
During the riots, Van and Hugh discuss the Todd Manning Case.
Hugh, Marcie, Michael, Rex, Van all wait for word on the riots. Hugh catches Todd and Blair plotting.
Hugh tells Marcie that Hayes Barber is Dead.
Hugh returns to Rodi's where he talks to Van about John Doe, Christian Vega.
Hugh and the Cramer Women:
Hugh tells Blair that he has an air-tight case against Todd. He also informs Dorian that he will be calling her to the stand. (Josh has amazing chemistry with these women. These scenes just prove that he should have been made a Cramer Man.

To apologize for the way their date went, Hugh buys Marcie a Latte with extra foam. Hugh also has another chat with Van. (Check out Hughs' reaction to Marcie's use of the word love. Too Cute!)
When a date is not a date:
Hugh and Marcie have drinks at Capricorn.
They're having a great time and Marcie leans that Hugh was a adopted. They're never really allowed to be a couple because Van keeps butting in and their "date" ends. (The last great Hugzie episode.)
