Biography
William Hall was born around 1845 in Kentucky. He was the son of William and Lucinda Hall. He married Annie Mounts on July 28, 1866 in Buchanan County Virginia. William also served in Company E, 2nd Virginia State Line and Company H, 10th Kentucky Mounted Rifles before enlisting in the 39th, Co I, on December 12, 1863. His brother Hiram Hall also served in the aforementioned units.
