William Henry Reynolds was born about 1837 in Scott Co VA, the son of Noah and Mary Chaney Stone Reynolds. He married Frances Matilda Baker 1859 in Letcher Co KY. He died 1890 in Letcher Co KY. Known children: Martha Reynolds, Rebecca Reynolds, Noah Reynolds, William Reynolds, Druscilla Reynolds, Mary Reynolds, Eliza Reynolds, John Reynolds, Sarah Reynolds.
