Biography
Hiram Hall was born around 1843 in Perry County, Kentucky. He was the son of William and Lucinda Hall. He married Clarinda Collins on March 28, 1861 in Buchanan County Virginia. Hiram originally served in Company E, 2nd Virginia State Line and Company H, 10th Kentucky Mounted Rifles before enlisting in the 39th, Co I, on December 12, 1863. His brother William Hall also served in the same units.
