ENLISTED: 31 December, 1862, at Peach Orchard, KY
MILITARY DATA: Camp fever, ’63, (typhoid fever); thereafter had lung trouble and suffered from frozen feet “during march after Turman’s Ferry”; was treated in ward # 9 in the hospital at Ashland after Turman’s Ferry and by Dr. J.N. Draper for camp fever. He performed detached service May and June, ’64.
