Cyathea kermadacensis
This small plant (actually a cluster of 5 plants) that I have just purchased has its largest frond only about 60 cm long. In general texture and appearance, the fronds resemble those of C. cooperi at the same stage, but without the red scales. The crozier shown is actually only about 2 cm across and is quite different to any of the other treeferns I have so far encountered. These features may not of course be typical of a mature plant of this species.
