This rental is for an incredible luxurious 1 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa located in the WESTIN CLUB REGINA RESORT LOS CABOS. Conde Nast Traveler rates this resort one of the top luxury resorts in the world. The Villas are located directly adjacent to the Westin Hotel, and you will have use of all Westin facilities and amenities including the fine restaurants, health and exercise club, swimming pools and beach. You will be truly pampered with all the luxurious Westin touches such as super thick bath towels, marble floors, room service and transportation around and within the resort.
Please note that these time-shares are not available to the general public and are only for use by the owners or their appointed guests. We will not be using our time-share this year which is why we are offering it for rent.
The resort is also rated as an Raintree Gold Crown Resort, their highest rating. Each Villa is individually air conditioned, has a living room, dining area, a kitchen with cooking facilities, mini fridge, microwave oven, drip coffee maker, and full table service. The Master bedroom features a king size bed and a built in Jacuzzi tub for relaxing after a long day exploring the Los Cabo regions. Two full bathrooms mean there is never any waiting. The living room offers a sofa fold out bed and the Villa also includes 2 color TV's with on demand movies and cable. The Villa also provides an outside ocean view terrace with chairs where you can enjoy the magnificent ocean view. During January you can see the spectacular sight of whales migrating right from your terrace!
The Villas are terraced up the side of the mountain so every one has an ocean view. They are constructed to the highest quality. Daily maid service is also provided.
The unit sleeps 4 persons. The rental is for a full seven nights, eight days, and check-in is Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
A simple hotel room for 2 persons runs around $200 to $300 per night at this resort. The villas we are told are renting for maybe around $400-$500 per night. This one week rental gets you a huge 1 bedroom Villa that sleeps 4, with all the amenities of the Westin hotel and fantastic ocean view for far less.
Our price is $295.00 per night. With 4 people this comes out to around $74.00 per person!
These time-shares go quickly so get your reservations in as early as possible.
This offer excludes airfare and any hotel taxes, surcharges, tips, transfers and/or other charges incurred by the renter during his/her occupancy relative to this offering. A 50% deposit is required for reservations (remainder of the time-share rental fee is due 6 weeks before check in).
The renter will receive written confirmation of the reservations after your 50% deposit has been received, so please plan ahead and make your reservations as early as possible.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in the following manner:
1. If cancellation is 20 days prior to the check in date, then your deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
2. If the cancellation is within 16 to 19 days of the scheduled check in date, then your deposit will be refunded less a $500.00 cancellation fee.
3. If cancellation is made on the 15th day prior to check in, or thereafter, then the renter will forfeit the entire deposit, as the time-share unit will already have been scheduled for your arrival with no cancellations allowed.
