The Rhode Island Wrestling Alliance is the originator of family-oriented professional wrestling in Rhode Island and New England. They help schools, charities, organizations and many other great causes raise money. Wolverine and “Danger Boy” Alfredo have been ranked in the Pro Wrestling Illustrated magazine “Top 500" for 1998, 1999 and 2000. They have also appeared on Raw is War, Smackdown, Sunday Night HEAT and the 2000 Royal Rumble with the World Wrestling Federation. They were the “Slam Of The Week” on Sunday Night HEAT and appeared three times in the WWF magazine “RAW" and are also featured on a trading card (#73) in the WWF collectors edition set “No Mercy”. They are seen on video and DVD with the WWF Fanatic Series "Hardcore". Numerous articles about them and the Rhode Island Wrestling Alliance have been published worldwide in wrestling books, newspapers, newsletters and magazines.
Wolverine - Featured with Alfredo on the cover and in many newspapers, magazines and newsletters in the world of professional wrestling. Appeared in the World Wrestling Federation “NO MERCY” Collector Cards set (2000) - card #73 and in the World Wrestling Federation HARDCORE (2001) Home Video and numerous websites. Both Appear on local television and have appeared on national television with the World Wrestling Federation on RAW is WAR, Sunday Night Heat (Slam of the Week) and Smack Down on the USA and UPN networks.
The Rhode Island Wrestling Alliance and Back Stage Entertainment has had numerous wrestling superstars for their events and on their television shows.
