With the support of the College of Oceaneering, a fund raiser rally, in conjunction with the open house event, was held to benefit Travis Robinson. Travis suffered a spinal cord injury in a diving accident in 2003. Organized by Dive 'N Surf and the Jimmy Miller Foundation, participants made a $150.00 donation to dive a complete US Navy MKV rig. A total of 24 dives were made, with many of the divers deciding to use the lighter DESCO helmets instead of the Mark V after they tried picking it up. All funds are to help with medical expenses for Travis. The following are only a few of the many smiling faces who took part to HELP TRAVIS!
