College of Oceaneering - San Diego
April 9, 2005

Fun, fun and more fun! On April 9 we were invited to dive our vintage gear at the College of Oceaneering in San Diego, California. Along with our regulars, we had the priviledge of having 15 US Navy Reserve divers as guest. Some came from as far away as Northern California. "Thanks" to Dan Jackson, a Navy reservist himself and CCED member, for getting the word out to everyone that we still dive the Mark V gear along with other vintage gear. A record breaking day with a total of 21 heavy gear divers in the water!

Most of the photos on this page were taken by John Hilliard.

COO-SD trying out the old Mark V and the old Commercial 4-light.

Everyone wanted to have their picture taken in the heavy gear.

More Navy Reservist.

More "Hero's".

Question of the day - "How many tenders does it take to dress-in two divers?"
