My Precious.Co.UK - Another beautiful Flash site with resources on LOTR, The Hobbit and The Silmarillion. More stylised than There and Back Again with its own appeal.

Ted Nasmith - Website of renowned Tolkien illustrator.

John Howe - Famed Tolkien artist who is one of the conceptual artist on the LOTR films. I love the energy and motion in his art. The site is under construction but you can subscribe to the mailing list to stay informed.

Jasmine Watson Jewellary - Website of the official jewellery designer for jewellery seen on LOTR.

The Tolkienion - Good place for Tolkien maps

Edoras: the Tolkien Art-gallery - Great collection of Tolkien artwork. Over 350 images of artwork by various artists and even from J.R.R. Tolkien himself, with brief biographies. Those by Alan Lee and John Howe are definitely the ones to look out for - they are the artists who most inspired and worked with PJ in filming LOTR. Their artwork will probably serve as pretty good gauge for what's to come in TTT and ROTK!

Galadriel Worshippers Army: The Ladies of the Ring - Find out more on the women in LOTR (and other Tolkien works). Features characters such as Galadriel, Arwen, Eowyn and Luthien. Biographies and Tolkien art images.

LOTR Costume Research - Wonderful website that has detailed and helpful instructions on how to make your own LOTR costume. If you are all thumbs in the tailoring aspect like me, this site gives a good close look at the costumes and accessories featured in the films. Great stuff!

The Noble Collection - Great place for official LOTR jewellry, swords and other collectibles. Online ordering for US/Canada; international customers order through email. Very prompt and friendly service.

WETA/sideshow - Magnificently crafted figures, busts and other collectibles from WETA, the guys who brought you the designs and special effects in LOTR.

The Tolkien Shop - mail order service for all sorts of stuff related to the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. Some great eclectic finds.

Tolkientown Store - Books, collectibles, art, toys and games. Ships internationally, but rather pricey compared to other sites.

Elves Workshop - Gorgeous circlets, ear contours and other Elvish jewellery made to order.

Alarics Comics & Collectibles - A great shop at Orchard Cineleisure (Singapore) that sells LOTR collectibles and lots of other comics, posters, figurines and collectibles.

Comics Mart - Specialises in all sorts of comis and also LOTR trading cards and game workshop figures. There are often people playing the card games in the shops. They also organise tournaments. Three branch locations in Singapore.

Caesars Gun Gallery - Specialises in all sorts of blades. Very attractive prices for LOTR swords compared to online stores and other stores in Singapore.

Ian McKellen - Official homepage of Sir Ian McKellen. Detailed diary entries from 1999 in The Grey Book. The White Book has been added recently. A good place for behind-the-scenes look at LOTR and the character of Gandalf.

Musingsofviggo - Fanpage for Viggo Mortensen, who plays Aragorn. Includes art and poetry by Viggo, interviews, image galleries and other news.

Orlando Bloom - No official Orlando Bloom websites exist as far as I know. But then, there are tonnes of fansites dedicated to Mr Elf, so take your pick. Click here to check out some really good ones listed on the Legolas page (scroll down).
