Rich Heart?

What is your heart?
I'm not talking about your physical heart, but the very essence of your spirit - your soul.

So,
how does one's heart become rich?
What are the only riches that a heart can hold?

"I pray that out of His glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, ¹⁷so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, ¹⁸may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,"
Eph. 3:16-18

Think about it. How can you truly better yourself? You can have all of the knowledge in the world, but does that make you rich in spirit? You can have all the wealth and material possessions of this world, but does that make you rich in spirit? No. All the money, strength and power that exists will not make you rich in heart.

"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God."
Col. 3:16

The only riches that a heart can bear is Christ alone.

My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ.
